About Empire Harmony

Empire Harmony is a nonprofit, auditioned vocal ensemble committed to enriching New York City through barbershop and a cappella music. We rehearse consistently, provide musical education and skill-building for our members, and present accessible, inclusive performances in neighborhoods across the city. Our work promotes artistic growth, strengthens community bonds, and expands public access to vocal music that inspires, connects, and uplifts.

Through performance, education, and community outreach, we create opportunities for singers, composers, arrangers, and audiences to share in the joy of making music together. As a nonprofit organization dedicated exclusively to the public good and to charitable and educational purposes, our mission is to set a standard of musical excellence while using the power of song to welcome all people, uplift diverse voices, and enrich the communities we serve.

Vision Statement

We envision a world where every voice is valued, every community is uplifted through music, and harmony connects people across cultures, identities, and backgrounds.
